Who We're Looking For

We're looking for someone with 1–2 years of experience in a planning or data-driven role, ideally within the automotive industry. You should be skilled in :

  • Analytical skills and data interpretation
  • Synthesizing and communicating key ideas
  • Managing and analyzing databases
  • Transforming data into actionable insights
  • Creating executive-level presentations
  • Project evaluation
  • Collaborating effectively with multi-level and multi-disciplinary teams

    Your Responsibilities

  • Participate in and lead multi-disciplinary teams to develop optimization projects for key company processes.
  • Analyze business, industry, and market data to spot trends, risks, and opportunities
  • Actively participate in the strategic planning and budget processes for a business unit.
  • Review and assess capital investments and conduct post-mortem analysis.
  • Participate in all phases of M&A projects, including target analysis and due diligence.

    • Requirements

  • Software : Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint is a must. Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau and familiarity with AI large language models (LLMs) is a plus.
  • Education : A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • English Proficiency : Strong communication skills for working in multicultural environments.
  • Location : Monterrey, Nuevo León.
