• Analysis of variables & adjust process - PLC Knowledge - Experience in Automation with Robot The Process Engineer is key in the area, your experience with LW process help to development the new projects and assure the correct launch process and with the knowledge in automation, can help to reduce the cycle time, increase the PPH and assure the quality of the products.

Improve the PPH by muda elimination and improvement the Robot movements, scrap reduction by through data analysis, SMED reduction, improve the process to reduce the raw material cost in Injection process area, implement the best practice for the global team, development process parameter for new programs and debug the new part number.

DOE - Reception of new products (documentation, equipments) - ECN creation in Manit.

(Manufacturing Process Specification) - Development of new launch products programs - SWI, Setup creation.
