Job SummaryAs part of our operations center, you'll deliver exceptional service to internal customers, manage external performance metrics, and support process automation and training initiatives.
You'll work with cutting-edge tools and systems to streamline logistics and enhance service delivery.
ResponsibilitiesProvide outstanding customer service and respond to internal inquiries.Monitor and improve External Vendors performance using data-driven insights.Stay up to date with UPS products, services, and industry trends.Operate and train others on relevant software and devices.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Technical Tools You'll UsePostman : Create and test API queries (SOAP / XML & REST / JSON), monitor UPS API forecasts.Power Automate : Automate reports, label generation, chatbot alerts, and system queries.Excel Macros : Query systems (ISPSYS, OPSYS), manage exceptions, and integrate UPS APIs.CODS Desktop App : Manage COD accounts.GTS (Global Timecard System) : Track and update delivery volumes.DIR : Analyze delivery and pickup data with coordinates.
QualificationsBachelor's degree in : Electronic Communications, Computer Sciences, Mechatronics, Software DesignStrong computer skills (Microsoft Office, APIs, automation tools).
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
English proficiency (80%+ – must understand technical documentation).
Availability to work flexible shifts (Monday to Friday, 08 : 00–18 : 30).
