You will play a crucial role in identifying and hiring individuals who align with PwC's values and contribute to its success. You are expected to contribute to the entire candidate life-cycle recruitment and relationship building, analyze complex problems, mentor others, and maintain rigorous standards.

As part of the Talent Acquisition team, you will focus on attracting and selecting top talent to join the organisation. You'll participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.

Our team requires professionals who are able to build client relationships and develop a deeper understanding of the business context, while navigating increasingly complex situations and growing their personal brand and technical proficiency.

Key responsibilities include managing multiple requisitions and deadlines simultaneously, maintaining excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, and providing regular updates and reporting on pipeline, challenges, and hiring metrics.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree completed (Human Resources, Psychology, or related field).
• 4+ years of solid experience in full-cycle recruiting for IT / Tech positions.
• Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and deadlines simultaneously.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken) - daily communication with U.S. stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
