Your mission We’re looking for a Growth Strategy Specialist focused on Planning & Ops to consolidate Mexico’s monthly growth plan. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, marketing, and finance — ensuring that business objectives, marketing budgets, and channel contributions are aligned in one clear plan. You won’t be running Paid or CRM campaigns directly, but you’ll be the one connecting the dots, making sure our investment decisions are efficient, accountable, and transparent to leadership. What will you do? Build and maintain the monthly growth plan, integrating targets (transactions, financing placements) with channel budgets and expected contribution. Partner with Paid Media and CRM to evaluate efficiency, incremental impact, and reallocation needs across campaigns. Lead forecasting and performance review processes (MBRs, QBRs), ensuring clarity on gaps vs. targets. Provide leadership with visibility into progress against growth goals, consolidating inputs from Core Business and Fintech. Document learnings and maintain alignment across verticals to avoid overlaps or conflicting priorities. What are we looking for? 4–6 years in Growth, Performance Marketing, Strategy & Ops, Revenue Planning, or Business Planning. Strong knowledge of growth metrics (CAC, ROAS, incremental impact, funnel efficiency). Experience building and managing budgets and forecasts. Advanced English proficiency. Background in tech, ecommerce, or high-growth startups. Highly structured, process-driven mindset with attention to detail. Strong communication skills with ability to turn complex data into clear narratives.
