Position : WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR

Ensures timely delivery of products to customers by coordinating daily shipping activities and managing warehouse layout, organization, and schedule with established standards.

JOB SUMMARY

BD- Engineering, International Relations, Commercial Trade, BA or any major related
English conversational skills proficient- MUST
Site- Querétaro. Parque O Donnel Aeropuerto el Marqués

Travel availability

This position reports to a Shanghai Logistics Manager

Automotive industry expertise it´s a must for this position.

It’s difficult to access to the Plant- for this reason it´s important that the candidate must have her / his own transportation or another alternative to get to this site.

Nowadays the company is unable to give support relocation- for foreign candidates

Experience minimum 4 years in automotive industry (must) as Warehouse Supervisor in AUTOMOTIVE Tier 1 :

Ensure that the stocks and reliability of the materials at least 95% both physical and theoretical of the system of raw material warehouses, WIP and Shipments

Ensure that the rotation of materials in all warehouses is carried out through the FIFO system (first entries, First exits)

Manage the human resources of your staff for the distribution of tasks in the plant.

Participate and implement improvement projects for warehouse operations.

Participates in escalation process of any potential missed shipment or timing

Personnel management

Responsible for general housekeeping of warehouse

Internal & external audits

Participates in continuous improvement of material processes and procedures

Perform other duties as assigned
