System Development: Lead the establishment of the end-to-end quality management system for the express delivery network and drive the implementation of quality initiatives.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Coordinate with quality-related departments across all nodes (e.g., Customs, Sorting Centers, Last-mile Delivery) to improve end-to-end lead times and service quality.
Data-Driven Optimization: Analyze key quality metrics to generate targeted improvement plans and drive operational teams to implement and achieve performance gains.
Capacity Management: Manage delivery capacity, including courier recruitment, cost management (capacity structure and pricing policies, etc.).
Special Projects: Handle other key tasks assigned by the General Manager.
Job Requirements
Experience: Proven professional experience in the express delivery/logistics industry.
Language: Proficiency in English and Chinese as a working language; Spanish proficiency is preferred.
Visa/Status: Must possess valid entry credentials for Mexico (e.g., Japanese, U.S., or U.K. visa) or a Mexican Residence Card.
