As a Troubleshooting Engineer, you will be working at our manufacturing plant and work closely with a multidisciplinary team to perform circuit board level root cause failure analysis, quality improvements, manufacturing and process improvements, with emphasis on reliability, consistency, and testability. Emphasis will be on fast iterations and resourceful solutions. The position requires agile thinking and a high-level system understanding of hardware and product interoperability across the family. Communication and leadership skills are highly appreciated.

Education and Experience Required

• Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering (Master preferred).
• 5+ years of hands-on experience and a proven track record in hardware troubleshooting.
• Volume manufacturing of electronic products.
• Excellent English.
• Expertise in hardware debugging and root cause analysis including for the following : SOCs, microcontrollers, microprocessors (ARM), embedded peripheral interfaces (PCIe, USB, I2C, SPI, UART, embedded flash, high-speed serial), high-speed signaling, protocols and power supplies.
