Responsibilities
- Managing schedules, meetings, and documentation
- Handling CRM system and database
- Coordinating between departments (sales, technical, quality, finance)
- Pipeline generations (leads, contacts, opportunities)
- Preparing quotes, proposals and contracts
- Assisting in order processing and tracking
- Liaising with internal and external customers
- Identifying trends and opportunities for improvement
- Supporting technical sales representatives and administrative areas
Requirements
Bachelor´s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering or related5 years of experience in sales processes and cyclesFamiliarity with ERP and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP)Proficiency in OFFICE softwareCapacity to generate ideas through data analysisHandling customer inquiries and complaints diplomaticallyAttention to detailFluent English#J-18808-Ljbffr
