Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and innovative professional to join our team as an Automations & AI Associate.

This role involves designing, building, and maintaining systems that automate manual tasks, improve workflows, and enhance overall productivity. If you have experience with automation tools, a passion for AI, and excellent problem-solving skills, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop and maintain Airtable bases, dashboards, and automations to power internal operations.

Create multi-step workflows using Zapier, Make, or n8n to streamline processes and reduce manual tasks.

Utilize AI (ChatGPT, Claude, Replit AI, browser automations) to improve workflows, reduce work, and enhance overall efficiency.

Design and implement AI-assisted sourcing, enrichment, and outreach workflows to drive business growth.

Collaborate with the team to identify bottlenecks and engineer scalable, reliable solutions to optimize workflows and increase productivity.

Requirements :

Experience in building systems or automations using tools such as Airtable, Zapier, Make, n8n, Clay, Softr, etc.

Familiarity with outbound sourcing, lead-gen, or data-driven campaign experience using tools like Sales Navigator, Apollo, Clay, SalesQL.

A love for AI tools and a desire to go deep into AI workflows and automation.

The ability to learn new tools quickly and independently.

Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail skills.
