We are hiring on behalf of an international leader in satellite-based Earth Observation and advanced satellite imagery technology, employing more than 500 people. The company operates commercial satellite constellations and delivers critical insights to clients across sectors such as defence, intelligence, maritime, insurance, disaster management, and finance.
We are seeking a Head of Sales for Satellite Mission , with a strong appetite for prospecting , hunting , relationship building, and driving the entire sales cycle — from identifying opportunities and engaging with key government and defense stakeholders to negotiation and contract closure. You will play a critical role in expanding our presence across LatAm, working with government entities, defense organizations, and intelligence clients to deliver high-impact satellite and ISR solutions.
Building network within relevant organisations within the region.
Engaging with the internal roadmaps and growth plans, to ensure commercial approaches are in line these intentions.
10+ years of sales experience within the Aerospace, Defense or Space industry.
~10+ years of International sales export experience.
~ Existing network to all levels of Government and Government Organisations in your market.
~ Experience in executing complex strategic sales thinking and the application of professional sales processes.
~ Ability to speak the local language.
