experiences.

This line of business focuses on propane distribution and services in the Northeast of

the U.S. Their services include propane delivery, storage and related customer needs,

supported by a large fleet and storage capacity.

Responsibilities :

• ? Answering phones, emails, and live chats from customers.
• ? Professionally responding to customer inquiries.
• ? Identifying and escalating priority issues to upper management.
• ? Following up on complex customer interactions when necessary.
• ? Accurately recording customer interaction details.
• ? Building rapport with customers using an upbeat, positive, professional

attitude.
