This position in FP&A will generate financial insights based on the analysis of revenue, expense, capital expenditures and working capital and will work as business partner of key leaders in the company. This role will report to an FP&A LATAM and will work cross-functionally to support business needs and help drive performance.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Create KPI’s and monthly reports on revenues, expense, capital expenditures and working capital. Analyze variances against prior year and budget and identify trends and areas of improvement.
Participate in annual budget and monthly forecast processes, ensuring precision and alignment with strategic goals.
Partner with business units to provide data-driven insights and support on strategic projects, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
Provide bridges and explanations for variances against budget, forecast and prior year for various business units and product lines.
Generate monthly and quarterly financial reports.
Work on Corporate Development projects.
Build and refine financial models in FP&A software to enhance forecasting, reporting, and decision-making processes.

Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
Minimum three years of experience in finance or accounting, FP&A and / or business support experience preferred.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Strong understanding of financial principles, cost accounting, and financial modeling.
Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in ERP systems; experience with SAP S4 / Hana preferred.
Requires advanced Excel skills; prior experience with Power BI and FP&A applications preferred.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Location
This role is linked to the Mexican office in Interlomas, where attendance will be required 1 to 5 days per month.
