Job Summary

This role will be part of our Enterprise Observability team that provides observability solutions to teams across the company in the form of a shared service.

Main Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Observability Engineer to manage and evolve our enterprise observability platform, with a focus on operational excellence and best practices. This includes :

1. Managing and optimizing the observability platform.

2. Providing platform stewardship and enablement.

3. Working closely with Site Reliability Engineers (SREs) and automation engineers to enhance issue detection, drive intelligent alerting, and enable automated remediation across a large and complex enterprise environment.

4. Instrumenting and configuring applications and infrastructure to ensure observability needs are met.

5. Coaching and training stakeholders on best practices.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience as an Observability Engineer, Monitoring Engineer, or similar role.
• Full English Fluency.
• BS in Computer Science or similar field.
• Experience working in complex environments in engineering or administration.
