Sales Account Manager

Job Responsibilities :

Promote the registration and usage of the "XTransfer" cross-border payment product among foreign trade enterprises through online and offline visits, providing them with tailored cross-border payment solutions. Maintain communication with potential clients, nurture customer relationships, and drive conversion. Manage and support customer operations to enhance user experience, develop benchmark clients, and strengthen the company's regional brand influence.

Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree or above, with experience in face-to-face sales. Candidates with self-sourcing experience and B2B sales experience are preferred. Proven track record of ranking within the top 30% in sales performance in previous roles. Experience in internet / software / finance / foreign trade industries is preferred; existing customer resources in foreign trade / e-commerce are a plus. Proficiency in English, with strong communication and learning abilities, and a clear sales drive. Knowledge of the Mexican market is desirable; prior experience in cross-border e-commerce or foreign trade is highly advantageous.
