Requirements
- Valid U.S. visa and availability to travel frequently to the U.S. and industry events.
- Advanced English (C1) with fluent conversational skills — mandatory.
- 3–5 years of experience as a Commercial Director or Head of Sales in software, technology, or cloud solution companies.
- Proven experience leading sales teams in Mexico and the United States.
- Strong negotiation, business development, and strategic account management skills.
- Strategic, analytical, and results-oriented mindset.
Role Objective
Lead the company’s commercial expansion across Mexico and the United States , driving growth within existing accounts and developing new business opportunities in both markets. This role is responsible for building high-level strategic relationships, executing the commercial strategy, and ensuring the achievement of revenue goals.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop the sales team, ensuring achievement of goals, KPIs, and growth plans.Execute the defined commercial strategy, adapting it to each market’s specific dynamics.Oversee the full B2B sales cycle , from prospecting to closing and post-sales follow-up.Build and strengthen relationships with key clients and strategic partners.Analyze performance metrics, market trends, and business expansion opportunities.Collaborate closely with Executive Management, Finance, HR, and Delivery teams to ensure operational alignment and business profitability.Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows both nationally and internationally.Ensure excellence in customer experience and the retention of strategic accounts.What We Offer
