Release Train Engineer (RTE)

Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Release Train Engineer (RTE) with strong Product Owner (PO) capabilities to lead Agile Release Trains (ARTs) and drive product vision and delivery. The ideal candidate will be a servant leader and coach who facilitates Agile processes, removes impediments, and ensures alignment between business goals and technical execution.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

• Proven experience as an RTE in a SAFe environment.
• Strong understanding of Agile , Scrum , and SAFe principles.
• Experience as a Product Owner or in a similar product-facing role.
• Excellent facilitation, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficiency in Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps).
• SAFe RTE and / or SAFe PO / PM certification preferred.
