We are currently seeking aConsultative Sales Executive in Analyticsto join our team in Monterrey, ideally in a hybrid work model (12 days in-office).
This role focuses onconsultative sales of technology solutions, combining strong commercial skills with basic knowledge in data analytics. Acting as a bridge between the client and the technical team, the Sales Executive will identify opportunities, support deal closures, and grow within a continuous learning environment focused on Business Intelligence tools.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and qualify prospects for analytics and productivity solutions (Tableau, Power BI, etc.).Manage theend-to-end consultative sales process, from prospecting to follow-up and closing.Deliver basic product demos and presentations to potential clients.Collaborate with technical teams to understand and communicate the value of BI tools.Generate sales activity reports and track key performance metrics.Keep CRM and other sales tracking tools updated.Continuously learn and pursue certifications in key technologies for the role.
Requirements
Education
Bachelors degree in Systems Engineering, IT, Business, or related fields.
Experience & Skills
Minimum1 year of experience in sales or commercial roles (required).AdvancedEnglish proficiency (C1 or higher)Interview will be conducted in English.Experience with data analytics toolssuch asTableau and Power BI(required).Introductory knowledge of data analytics or data visualization.Familiarity withCRM platforms.Ability to interpret sales metrics and create simple reports.
Additional Skills
