Role Purpose
The Senior Analyst Pricing owns and manages enterprise reference data maintenance for various asset classes (Fixed Income, Equities, Derivatives & FX) within Data Ops Pricing. The role includes managing market data feeds (end‑of‑day and real‑time) from third‑party vendors, updating internal data tasks, and maintaining instrument reference data.
Main Activities
- Ensure all work is delivered within agreed timeframes and meets high‑quality standards.
- Deliver customer‑driven service, meeting accuracy, timeliness and professionalism expectations.
- Process customer instructions accurately and ensure quality targets are met.
- Identify and report fraud, errors or irregular transactions promptly.

- Maintain operational risk awareness and consider likelihood of risk occurring.
- Support internal control standards and implement audit points.
- Acquire and update knowledge of procedures and ensure compliance within timeframes.
- Manage pricing data operations for investment products.
- Verify validity and accuracy of data records in back‑office systems.
- Escalate vendor issues promptly and track to resolution.
- Act as single point of contact for cross‑functional teams.
- Perform project analysis with end‑to‑end view from vendor to consumer.
- Drive changes for business goals (e.g., process improvements).
