Data Strategist Position

We are seeking a Data Strategist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented professional who can develop and execute data strategies that drive business growth.

About the Role

The Data Strategist will be responsible for defining and driving the data strategy within their domain, ensuring governance, quality, accessibility, and data utilization to enable informed business decisions.

  • Influencing Stakeholders : Effectively influence various stakeholders through clear and assertive communication.
  • Connecting Business, Technology, and Analytics Teams : Connect business, technology, and analytics teams to drive comprehensive solutions.
  • Designing Data Roadmaps : Design and execution of data roadmaps aligned with organizational strategy.
  • Translating Technical Findings : Ability to translate technical findings into actionable and understandable narratives.
  • Critical Evaluation : Critical and structured evaluation of complex problems, identifying patterns and opportunities.
  • Transforming Data : Transform data into meaningful insights for decision-making.
  • Create Dashboards and Reports : Create dashboards and reports that facilitate understanding and monitoring of key indicators.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need :

  • Education : Completed studies in Computer Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science, or related fields.
  • Language Proficiency : English level B2+.
  • Experience : 5 years working with data platforms and 3 years of experience in data management for People areas.
  • Technical Skills : Advanced SQL proficiency and Python scripting for analysis and pipeline generation. Experience with tools such as Dataiku, Informatica, Airflow, BigQuery.
  • Ecosystems : Experience in ecosystems like GCP, Azure, or AWS and their interoperability with data lakes and analytical warehouses.
  • Visual Solutions : Development of visual solutions with Power BI, Tableau, Looker, focused on usability and adoption.
