Are you a results-driven professional with proven leadership skills and experience managing complex projects? We are currently looking for a Project Manager to join the team of our client, a leading company in engineering solutions .

&##Manage projects end-to-end : Initiation, Planning, Execution, Monitoring, Control, and Closure, following internal processes (such as IDEFs).

Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, from order placement to final delivery.

Define the project philosophy, establish key milestones, and estimate resources based on client requirements.

Develop budgets, control costs, and negotiate scope changes with clients.

Ensure compliance with timelines, quality standards, and cost targets throughout the project lifecycle.

Lead technical reviews, testing, design changes, and drawing releases.

Excellent attention to detail and communication skills (Spanish and English).

Proficiency in project management tools and technical software.

Solid knowledge of engineering processes, commercial contract terms, and financial control.

&##PMP certification (preferred).

Proven experience managing large-scale (multi-million dollar) projects.

&##Strategic thinking and commercial awareness.

Work Model : Hybrid – 3 days on-site, 2 days remote
