As Financing Solutions Sr. Manager, you will lead the strategy, structuring, negotiation, and execution of corporate financing operations that optimize the airline’s capital structure and liquidity. You will ensure comprehensive Asset & Liability Management (ALM) to maximize profitability and minimize financial risks, operating within a robust control framework and full regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day cash management and liquidity planning, ensuring both operational and strategic needs are met.
  • Manage relationships with local and international banks, negotiating financing conditions, lines of credit, and debt structures.
  • Oversee short, mid, and long-term cash flow forecasting aligned with the corporate strategy.
  • Provide financial insights, recommendations, and debt origination advisory to the Treasury Director and CFO, including presentations to executive committees.
  • Ensure full compliance with internal policies, external regulations, and treasury controls.
  • Support corporate projects related to equity, debt, and financing, ensuring treasury strategies enable business expansion and sustainability.

Who We Are Looking For

Background

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field.
  • Master’s degree is a plus.

    • Experience

  • 7+ years of experience in corporate treasury, banking, or financial consulting.
  • Minimum of 3 years in a leadership role.

    • Technical Expertise

  • Advanced knowledge of financial debt, financing structures, and ALM.
  • Strong experience in debt structuring, capital markets, and liquidity management.
  • Proficiency in SAP, Bloomberg, and Excel (financial modeling).
  • Advanced English (bilingual required).
  • Strategic thinker with ability to link treasury operations to business growth.
  • Strong negotiation skills with banks and key stakeholders.
  • Leadership and ability to influence at executive level.
  • Analytical rigor and sound decision-making under pressure.
  • Proven experience in PMO management.
  • Excellent storytelling and executive communication skills.
  • High integrity and accountability.
  • Resilient, adaptable, and proactive in complex financial environments.
  • Results-driven, with a mindset for continuous improvement.
  • Strong ability to perform under pressure.
