Lead Strategic Initiatives Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Strategic Initiatives Manager to oversee cross-functional projects and drive business growth. This key role will play a critical part in our journey towards founding and maturing the Operational Excellence Culture.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end project lifecycles for strategic initiatives in collaboration with Subject Matter Experts, Corporate, and Global Business Services leaders. Key areas of focus include process automation, digital transformation, ERP migrations, software development, and Artificial Intelligence.

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned project management professional to take on a leadership role and make a meaningful impact on our organization.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in project management with at least 5 years in a shared services, technology, or software development environment.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with proficiency in Agile methodologies and PMI frameworks.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with ability to present strategic project status to senior executives.
