About the role :
We’re looking for a detail-oriented, organized, and proactive person to join our Licensing team. You’ll help manage, track, and keep mortgage licenses up to date for Loan Officers and other team members across the U.S.
Key Responsibilities :
- Track the status of NMLS licenses for Loan Officers and processors.
- Prepare and submit documents to state financial departments in the U.S.
- Double-check that all information and paperwork are complete and accurate.
- Keep internal spreadsheets and reports up to date with renewals and expiration dates.
- Coordinate with HR, Compliance, and Management to ensure everything stays current.
- Respond to team questions and assist with licensing-related issues.
- Support internal or external audits related to licensing.
Requirements :
Advanced English (you’ll work with U.S.-based teams and English documents daily).At least 1 year of experience in administrative, compliance, or similar roles.Strong organization skills and attention to detail.Confident using Excel, Google Sheets, and online platforms.Positive attitude, great communication, and willingness to learn about the mortgage worldBachelor's DegreeWhat We Offer :
