The objective of this position is to perform data entry and data maintenance for clients' quoted rates in our system to make sure billing automation is accurate.

Established in 1981, OEC Group is one of the leading NVOCC freight forwarding companies. We provide our customers with import and export services, as well as, door-to-door services for both international and domestic needs. Create, maintain, and enter data on a regular basis to ensure that our system has the clients' updated rates.

Coordinates with account executives and sales support teams to make sure accurate information is being provided.

Maintain Excel reports to keep track of the company's overall KPI for certain tasks.

Provide insight to other departments / teams on how the system is linked to billing functions.

Maintain and take ownership of the account's billing / charging SOP based on account executives' needs and their agreement with clients.

Provide support to sales and sales support teams for fixing outdated data and making sure each client is up to date with the latest billing regulations for shipping.

GDL Office 7 : 00 am - 4 : 00 pm GDL Time

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have experience with Microsoft Office.

Associate's degree preferred and 1-5 years of experience related to sales support and / or account management in a B2B setting.
