About the Role :

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Supply Chain Specialist to manage the procurement execution for our transformer and new energy-related products . This role involves close coordination with production, suppliers, and finance to ensure material availability, quality, and timely payments in support of manufacturing operations in Mexico.

Key Responsibilities :

• Execute purchase orders and contracts promptly based on approved requisitions.
• Follow up with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery in line with the production schedule.
• Communicate and resolve material quality issues, including handling returns and replacements.
• Prepare procurement payment plans and coordinate with finance for timely and accurate payments.
• Reconcile material receipts and invoices, track supplier billing, and ensure proper financial documentation.
• Monitor material delivery timelines to align with project milestones and production readiness.
