Summary

As a Front End Engineer, you will translate design concepts into functional, high-quality code, optimize performance, and ensure scalability. You will collaborate with Product, Design, and Backend Engineers to create responsive, high-performance, and visually appealing web applications, ensuring Deel’s customers have an intuitive, seamless experience across platforms.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a cross-functional team with Backend Engineers, Product Teams, Designers, and QA to build exceptional products.
• Participate in the full product development lifecycle, from discovery and planning to deployment, contributing insights at each stage.
• Collaborate to develop robust new features and APIs, continuously improving Deel’s products for quality and performance.
• Troubleshoot, identify, and resolve bugs to maintain Deel’s fast-paced development standards (DeelSpeed).
• Ensure a seamless, white-glove user experience across all front-end touchpoints.
