B-Yond is a software company supporting Telecommunication entities around the world and leading in the AI / ML space to develop AI based network automation, deliver via an open platform and enable Telcos to embrace web scale operational models as they move to 5G and Edge Cloud.

This is a hybrid role located in Mexico, with flexibility to work from either Tlalnepantla or Cuauhtémoc offices.

What You’ll Do

• Infrastructure Design : Develop and maintain physical and logical designs for servers, storage, networking, power, and cooling.
• Capacity Planning : Anticipate future infrastructure needs based on growth and technology trends.
• Performance Optimization : Ensure system efficiency through ongoing monitoring and tuning.
• Security Implementation : Enforce physical and cyber security measures to protect data center assets.
• Vendor Management : Manage vendor selection, procurement, and service contracts.
• Project Management : Lead infrastructure projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Technical Leadership : Mentor teams, drive best practices, and promote automation and virtualization.
• Stakeholder Engagement : Align infrastructure strategies with business objectives.
• Trend Monitoring : Stay current on data center innovations and sustainability advancements.
