Job Summary

This position is responsible for leading the design and execution of automation engineering projects. The successful candidate will oversee a team of design engineers to ensure project requirements are met, and deliver results within set deadlines.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of Automation Design Engineers
Review and approve design drawings, user manuals, and installation manuals
Collaborate with Project Managers / Engineers to meet project timelines and budgets
Ensure all specifications are integrated into the design of automation equipment
Perform other duties as assigned

Job Qualifications

Knowledge Requirements

Expert knowledge in mechanical, electronics, electrical, and software application engineering

Expert knowledge in EMS industries

Expert knowledge in automation design and installation

Education and Experience Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electronics / Electrical Engineering

Minimum 8-10 years of working experience in automation equipment design and installation

5 years in developing automation solutions

2 years leading technical teams

Skills and Qualifications

Strong leadership and management skills

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Proficiency in tools such as C#, Python, PLCs, SCADA, Jenkins, Git, Docker, etc.
