What are we looking for?
We are looking for a FP&A Sr Manager. Economic control of all Mexican and Colombian projects (under development, in Construction, Operating Assets) and SG&A. Support strategic decision-making by providing financial analysis and insights on potential investments, business / project initiatives, and growth / saving opportunities
What challenges will you face?
- Source of economic Truth : Maintain the key information of development / construction projects, M&As and commercial initiatives in progress in Mexico and Colombia Business Plan. Support of Economic information related to development projects to be presented in Investment Committees (CCC / CapCom / Board) aligned with AMP (Atlas Master Plan).
- Reporting and analysis : Monthly financial reporting, including control of P&L, S&U (cash / non-cash commitments, LCs / Guarantees), CAPEX, Actuals / Forecast cashflow reports, Operating Plants results analysis, KPIs variance analysis, control of cash-needs (funds and timing) required by Mexican and Colombian projects and requests of Capital Call (in coordination with Treasury). Must lead reporting digitalization / automatization in collaboration with other functional areas and IT.
- Budgeting / Forecasting : Annual Budget exercise of P&L, Capex, Development costs and SG&A, including cashflow / S&U for all Mexican and Colombian projects. Monthly actuals closing, Forecast updates and variance analysis.
- Team Management : Oversee and guide the FP&A team MX-Col.
What specific knowledge do you need
At least 5 years of experience in similar positions in the Energy or Utilities industries
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Economy, Accounting, Engineering.
English fluent (excluding)
VBA is a plus, Power BI
Oracle ERP
