Duties & Responsibilities

The RTR Intern is a key role for the organization and will perform accounting and administrative functions in the preparation, processing, and maintenance of accounting and financial records. Main responsibilities :

Process and post journal entries within the agreed timeframe, maintaining high service quality and efficiency.
Reconcile Balance sheet accounts.
Resolution of aged balances.
Collect, analyse and interpret data to produce reports, both monthly and ad-hoc ones
Month end closing activities.
Ensure proper intercompany balancing.
Participate in emerging projects - e.g. process transitions, continuous improvements, procedures standardization, etc.
Other duties as assigned (possibly supporting other areas like : Accounts Receivable or Accounts Payable).

Requirements :

Active student pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

Advanced English

Basic knowledge of accounting and financial principles.

Capacity to work independently and as part of a team, with attention to detail.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.

Schedule and Work Arrangement :

Availability to work Monday to Friday from 7 am to 2 pm.

Hybrid work model, combining remote and in-office work.

Location : Oficinas en el Parque (Torres Moradas), Monterrey, N.L.
