Software QA Engineer II

This position is based in the Monterrey / Apodaca Metropolitan Area, candidates from other locations are welcome.

CommScope seeks a Software QA Engineer II specializing in design verification testing and automation for our Video Distribution Systems used for efficient and secure content distribution to pay TV customers. The primary duties include :

• Test Plan Design : create structured test plans based on feature specs and system requirements.
• Feature, Regression & Integration Testing : manual and automated testing across different stages of development.
• Bug Lifecycle Management using JIRA.
• Test Management using Zephyr Scale for both test case development and execution.
• Automation framework development (building and extending).
• Parametric verification (RF, Audio, and Video)
• Use vulnerability scanning tool (Nessus / Qualys)
