Descripción del trabajoBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field. Minimum 3 years of industrial experience, with at least 2 years in site management. Strong knowledge of factory planning and industrial project management. Advanced English communication skills are essential (spoken and written). Proficiency in MS Office 365, MS Project, SAP, AutoCAD, MS Visio, CATIA. Scheduling and timeline control (MS Project). Risk management and mitigation strategies. Resource allocation and planning (personnel, equipment, materials). Effective stakeholder communication and reporting to senior management. Tracking key performance indicators and milestone follow-up.
Job Opportunity
We are seeking a seasoned Site Operations Manager to oversee the expansion of our facilities in Querétaro. This 6-month temporary contract has the possibility of extension.
Key Responsibilities :
- Monitor construction progress on-site through regular visits and documented protocols.
- Track performance of general contractors and subcontractors, ensuring seamless coordination.
- Validate compliance of civil, mechanical, and electrical works with the approved design package.
- Prepare weekly construction status reports for stakeholders, highlighting potential risks, delays, and mitigations.
- Escalate deviations promptly and propose recovery strategies.
- Cultivate effective communication with cross-functional teams, ensuring transparency and alignment.
- Maintain adherence to safety standards and construction regulations.
