We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of JEE Platforms Consultant Developer

Role details

Role Purpose :

This role is responsible for working on JEE platforms to assist clients in implementing and maximizing the potential of the workflow automation solutions to meet their specific business needs; acting as a consultant to troubleshoot complex issues, train users, and ensure processes analysis is understood for solutions in HSBC.

Main Activities

• Analyse client process and to identify areas for improvement and potential opportunities for automation and improvements in process / workflow.
• Define project scope, and design optimal workflow solutions.
• Present technical solutions to stakeholders, explaining complex concepts in clear, understandable terms.
• Support business stakeholders in more than one time zones and, to work closely with internal US business partners, to provide face-to-face troubleshooting support if something breaks.
