Energy & Project Manager MX

Objective

Develop an energy roadmap, aligning energy production, renewable sourcing, and fuel transition with long-term sustainability goals and industry best practices.

Main Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of decarbonization strategies, supporting Net Zero targets.
• Integrate emission and pollution reduction goals into plant operations, ensuring alignment with corporate sustainability and regulatory requirements.
• Identify and manage energy and sustainability projects with clear milestones, timelines, and financial assessments.
• Ensure legal compliance and reporting on emissions, energy use, and pollution reduction through robust data management systems.
• Drive ISO 50001 implementation and maintain audit-ready data integrity.
• Monitor performance, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions to accelerate progress toward environmental targets.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and trends to optimize energy efficiency, reduce costs, and replace fossil fuels.
