IoT Technical Architect - Mexico
Acceleronix, a Quectel company, is seeking an experienced IoT Technical Architect to join our Mexico team. The role bridges technical offerings and customer needs, ensuring seamless integration and deployment of IoT solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Pre-Sales Support : Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and design tailored IoT solutions that leverage Acceleronix's offerings.
- Solution Design : Develop end-to-end IoT architectures, integrating hardware, connectivity, and platform services to meet client objectives.
- Customer Engagement : Present solutions to clients, articulating technical concepts in a clear and business-oriented manner.
- Post-Sales Support : Assist in the deployment and integration of solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction and optimal performance.
- Feedback Loop : Gather customer feedback to inform product development and enhance solution offerings.
Qualifications
Experience : Minimum of 3 years as solution engineering, with a focus on both pre-sales and post-sales activities.Technical Proficiency : Strong understanding of IoT architectures, including connectivity options (e.g., NB‑IoT, LTE‑M), device management, and cloud platforms.Voice of the Customer & Innovation Catalyst : Act as an internal champion for customer needs. Translate feedback into actionable insights to influence product innovation and roadmap direction.Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with customers, the sales team, and internal stakeholders to support and develop solutions, leveraging both Acceleronix and third‑party offerings.Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information clearly to diverse audiences in Portuguese, English, and Spanish.Customer‑Centric : Demonstrated ability to understand and align solutions with customer business goals.Location
Remote, based in Mexico.
Travel
The role requires frequent travel, approximately 40% of the time, both within LATAM and internationally, including multi‑week business trips as needed.
