Exterior Supplier Quality and Development Black Belt

Problem solver, leading complex resolution quality problems, identify root causes of inefficiencies, process improvement using Lean Six Sigma methodologies, enhance quality with deep expertise in Sealing, Vision, injection molding commodit ies for the Automotive industry.
Skills to work with cross-functional teams to implement solutions. Responsible for the successful completion of projects, ensuring alignment with strategic Stellantis goals.

Key Responsibilities

Lean Six Sigma Leadership :

Lead large-scale, cross-functional quality projects from initiation to completion.

Execute high impact Lean Six Sigma initiatives focused on supplier product quality.

Drive root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for complex quality and field issues.

Collaborate with Design, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Service teams to resolve quality concerns.

Data Analysis :

Apply advanced statistical tools to analyze data, identify trends, and validate solutions.

Proficient in GIMS, Palantir, EWT, AQIS, Power BI, Core Tools, PFMEA, Control Plans, GD&T, and ECMM.

Communication :

Clearly and technical communicate complex information, project progress, and findings to team members, stakeholders, and leadership.
