Job responsibilities : - Responsible for arranging communications and shipments between manufacturing location, materials and customer sales group. - Coordinate shiping logistics, Custom´s Brokers including tracking and process all the documentation related to import operations for Location No. 1. - Issue virtual operations between RegalRex location No.1, customers and issue material change of status if needed from temporal to permanent. - Responsible to maintain and update Annex 24 as well as ensuring compliance with the temporality of products imported temporarily within the immex program Minimum Qualifications : - 2+ years’ experience in Trade Compliance / logistics - Associates Degree or 2 years relevant work experience - SAP experience, English as a 2nd language, and computer proficiency in Microsoft Office. - Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work as a team, and strong written and verbal communication skills.
