Dashboard creation, data update & analysis of the PPA benefit for employees.

Share & create communications for the PPA and Organize digital talks to motivate utilization.

Update regularly the active union worker list and Register new labor unions & suppliers at BAT.

Monthly reports to get the documentation needed and Union labor contract management & organization.

Student of Administration, Human Resources Management, Psychology, Law or any related field.

Graduation date for June 2026 to 2027.

Microsoft Office intermediate (Excel, Power Point, Word, etc).

Power BI & dashboard creation.

Organization and project follow up.

Communication skills & fluent English.
