We're expanding and we’re looking for a Senior Marketing Manager based in LATAM to lead our marketing strategy and execution. You’ll own demand generation, brand growth, and multi-channel campaigns, playing a critical role in scaling a fintech company that supports thousands of small businesses.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and execute the marketing strategy across digital, content, paid, email, SEO / SEM, social, and PR
  • Design and run integrated campaigns that drive qualified leads and revenue growth
  • Monitor, analyze, and optimize performance across KPIs, conversion rates, and ROI
  • Manage HubSpot with precision — ensuring accurate attribution, reporting, and automation
  • Strengthen brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity across all channels
  • Oversee engaging content creation : case studies, webinars, blogs, videos, and social campaigns
  • Drive external communications including media outreach and thought leadership programs
  • Manage freelancers, agencies, and external vendors
  • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Leadership to align on goals
  • Partner with design / development teams to continuously optimize the website and landing pages for lead conversion

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing (B2B SaaS, fintech, or professional services a big plus)
  • Proven success leading campaigns from strategy through execution
  • HubSpot expertise (required) plus experience with Google Analytics and paid ad platforms
  • Experience managing freelancers, agencies, or small teams
  • Strong written and verbal communication in English (Spanish / Portuguese a plus)
  • Familiarity with financial services, bookkeeping, or accounting is highly valued
