Executive Assistant – Mexico City Position Summary

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Executive Assistant to support a dynamic leadership team in a fast-paced, international environment. This role is based in Mexico City and offers the opportunity to work closely with senior executives, providing high-level administrative and organizational support across various business units.

Key Responsibilities

Calendar & Meeting Management : Coordinate complex calendars for multiple executives, schedule meetings, and manage day-to-day priorities.

Team & Project Support : Assist with governance activities, team culture initiatives, and administrative support for group-related projects.

Event Coordination : Support planning and execution of internal events, business development meetings, and strategic initiatives.

Special Projects : Provide operational and organizational support for ad hoc projects and initiatives.

Cross-Team Collaboration : Facilitate communication and coordination across leadership groups to enhance teamwork and alignment.

Qualifications

Education : Bachelor's degree required.

English advance

Experience : Minimum of 5 years in an Executive Assistant or high-level administrative role, preferably in a multinational company

Skills :

Strong organizational and time management abilities.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

High level of discretion and professionalism.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams).

Comfortable working with senior stakeholders and external partners.

Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and excellence.
