You will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving electrical and mechanical issues, ensuring the successful implementation of our solutions, and driving customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the design, development, programming, and integration of control systems.
• Develop and debug PLC code using Allen‐Bradley (Studio 5000) and Siemens (TIA Portal) platforms
• Commission and troubleshoot electrical control systems : handle start‐up, diagnostics, field wiring, sensors, actuators, control panels, and communications.
• Perform integrated system-level testing (Low‐volume, High‐volume) and finalize punch‐list items (software, electrical, mechanical) during SAT / FAT phases
• Collaborate cross-functionally with mechanical, electrical, software, and commissioning teams to deliver complete solutions.
• Produce technical documentation : Control Functional Specifications, Wiring Diagrams, PLC design sheets, network / IP lists, OEE flow maps, commissioning checklists, and daily / weekly progress reports.
• Provide onsite and remote troubleshooting and technical support to minimize downtime.
