Job SummaryThis position is responsible for leading the design and execution of automation engineering projects.

The successful candidate will oversee a team of design engineers to ensure project requirements are met, and deliver results within set deadlines.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesLead and manage a team of Automation Design EngineersReview and approve design drawings, user manuals, and installation manualsCollaborate with Project Managers / Engineers to meet project timelines and budgetsEnsure all specifications are integrated into the design of automation equipmentPerform other duties as assignedJob QualificationsKnowledge RequirementsExpert knowledge in mechanical, electronics, electrical, and software application engineeringExpert knowledge in EMS industriesExpert knowledge in automation design and installationEducation and Experience Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electronics / Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 8-10 years of working experience in automation equipment design and installation
• 5 years in developing automation solutions
• 2 years leading technical teamsSkills and Qualifications
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
