Senior SaaS Sales Representative

This is a remote job opportunity for a bilingual working environment. Only resumes submitted in English will be considered.

Work Schedule : Monday to Friday, 9 : 00 am to 6 : 00 pm (USA Central Time), weekends off

Salary Offer : $30,000 MXN GROSS (Payroll) or $35,000 MXN NET (Contractor) + accounting support , Commission Plan : Competitive commission structure based on closed deals

About the Role

We are seeking a high-performing Senior SaaS Sales Representative to lead revenue growth by managing the full sales cycle—from prospecting and outreach to discovery calls, demos, negotiation, and closing.

This is a strategic role for someone who thrives in a startup environment , has a strong background in SaaS subscription sales , and ideally understands the freight / logistics industry . You’ll be responsible for building relationships with enterprise-level prospects, driving deals to close, and contributing directly to expansion in the U.S., Canada, Mexico, and international markets .

Core Experience

  • SaaS Sales (Cloud-based / Subscription Model) : Proven experience selling software delivered via online subscription, not traditional on-premise solutions.
  • Freight / Logistics Knowledge : Beneficial to understand freight movement in the U.S., but SaaS sales expertise is more critical.
  • Bilingual Ability : English is required; Spanish is highly valuable for international growth.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full sales cycle : lead generation, discovery calls, demos, negotiations, and closing.
  • Handle both inbound leads (~40 per month generated by marketing) and self-prospecting (e.g., LinkedIn outreach).
  • Conduct calls and video calls with prospects to explain product features, run personalized demos, and address technical questions.
  • Drive prospects to sign ASW terms, then transition accounts to onboarding.
  • Maintain activity and pipeline updates in CRM (general CRM experience is sufficient).
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Product, Customer Success) to support customer needs and provide product feedback.
  • Bring a go-getter mindset —independent, proactive, and not reliant solely on provided leads.
  • Qualifications

  • 6 years of SaaS subscription sales experience (flexible—A players with strong process and follow-up are most important).
  • Freight / logistics experience preferred, but not required.
  • Proven track record of managing long sales cycles and closing complex, enterprise-level deals.
  • Strong prospecting and outbound skills (cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, networking).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for phone calls, video calls, and technical demos .
  • Bilingual (English / Spanish Native).
  • Self-starter with strong organizational and follow-up skills.
