Descripción

  • Create and track purchase orders, process vendor payments, manage invoices for VAT reimbursement, and ensure compliance with procurement procedures
  • Coordinate logistics for internal and external meetings / events (agendas, documentation, protocol, catering, visitor reception).
  • Support onboarding / offboarding processes, interview logistics, and courtesy arrangements.
  • Manage office access, switchboard, mail, office supplies, vendor coordination, intranet updates, and archiving.
  • Manage senior executives' calendars, travel requests, expenses, and meeting preparation.
  • Collaborate with colleagues, provide task backup, and contribute to process improvements and global initiatives

Perfil buscado (Hombre / Mujer)

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related.
  • 3-5 years of administrative, team assistance, or project coordination experience, ideally in an international environment.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
  • Strong skills in MS Office 365.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Discretion, professionalism, and diplomatic communication with senior stakeholders.

  • Location : Mexico City - Polanco (Onsite)
  • Schedule : Monday to Friday, 8 : 00 a.m.-6 : 00 p.m
  • Compensation : $40,000-$45,000 MXN + Superior Benefits
