We’re looking for a Purchasing Supervisor to lead our team of material planners and ensure seamless supply chain execution across operations. This role is critical to maintaining inventory balance, preventing over-purchasing, and driving strategic alignment to meet production and customer demands.

What You’ll Do :

Lead and coach a team of material planners

Ensure material availability while minimizing excess and obsolescence

Escalate supply risks with clarity and urgency

Drive disciplined PO management and supplier follow-up

Collaborate cross-functionally with procurement, logistics, and operations

Support NPI and engineering changes with timely material readiness

Promote standardization and process adherence

Balance short-term execution with long-term planning excellence

&##127919; What We’re Looking For :

~ Bachelor’s in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field

~3–5 years in materials planning or purchasing (manufacturing preferred)

~ Proven leadership and team development skills

~ Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail

~ ERP system proficiency

~ Fluent in English and Spanish
