Responsibilities : Customer Service - Communicates directly with the customer in case of escalations of its equipment, analyzing demands received weekly and correctly loaded into the ERP (enterprise resource planning) system.Raw material sourcing - Ensures that the sourcing team has in demand from suppliers the quantities needed to meet production schedules without exceeding inventory targets.Production planning - ensures on-time execution of schedulers, delivering the production plan on time and on budgetLogistics / Warehouse - Manages efficient execution of warehouse and transportation management. Ensures that the team executes within established time frames and maintains a high level of quality in material movement transactions, reflected in high inventory accuracy and on-budget transportation costs.Knowledge : Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business management Bilingual English / SpanishERP / MRP systems proficientSkilled in certifications and applications specific to the automotive industry (MMOG, Covisint, IATF 16949, ISO14000, CTPAT, etc.).
