Job Summary :
We are seeking a customer-focused professional to provide exceptional service to our external customers, resolving routine and complex problems, and communicating solutions or requested information.
This role involves collaborating with internal team members from multiple departments to address and resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.
The job requires supporting salespeople within assigned territories by relieving them of administrative duties, providing presale support to post-sale support.
Key Responsibilities :
Manage relationships with internal and external customers.
Process parts orders, handle pricing quotations, inventory availability, and invoicing.
Follow up on order credit status, process shipments, and enter factory data.
Provide freight quotes, respond to customer inquiries regarding equipment parts, and process customs invoices.
Support sales teams by uploading order documentation and quoting inventory from warehouses.
Requirements :
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships internally and with customers.
Ability to work collaboratively as a team member, plan, make suggestions, and practice good judgment.
Self-motivated, confident, energetic, and creative individual who can operate under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Strong organizational skills, computer proficiency, and ability to work independently while providing regular updates.
Continuous improvement mindset, taking responsibility for ensuring work is completed within specified time and expectations.
Additional Requirements :
Extraordinary communication, organizational, and time management skills.
Ability to create detailed reports, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and PowerPoint.
Ability to attend tradeshows and possess a Bachelor's degree.
