Senior Salesforce Lead / Developer

This is a leadership role for a senior Salesforce professional with experience in CPQ.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in quote-to-cash processes and team leadership. Responsibilities include solutioning, business requirement gathering, coordinating development activities, and managing teams working on the Salesforce platform using APEX, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and other technologies.

Configuration knowledge of Salesforce
APEx development / LWC
Steelbrick CPQ / Vlocity CPQ
Declarative & programmatic customization

Responsibilities :

Key responsibilities include solutioning, business requirement gathering, coordinating development activities, and managing teams working on the Salesforce platform.

Develop, configure and deploy Salesforce applications to meet customer needs

Lead and manage cross-functional teams to deliver complex Salesforce projects

Identify process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness

The successful candidate will be highly skilled, motivated and able to work effectively within a remote team environment.
