Key responsibilities include developing campaign strategies, generating targeted lists, launching and managing campaigns, optimizing performance, and reporting results.
The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in B2B cold outreach, lead generation, or appointment setting, as well as proficiency in dedicated outbound tools.
A strong understanding of cold email deliverability, IP / Domain warm-up protocols, and technical sales setup is also essential.
In addition to these skills, the successful candidate will be highly organized, results-oriented, and comfortable working in an environment where pay is tied to performance.
